The proposed Graduate Building will add a significant new type of graduate student accommodation to the International House college community.  The building is located at the southern end of the site as a bookend to the central student common.  It has lyrical curving form to take advantage of the extraordinary landscape setting with extensive views over Royal Park, Royal Parade and the college campus.  It will be a very collegiate and welcoming building with a student cafe`, tutorial and conference facilities on the ground floor.  The residential levels above will focus around student lounges linked to the lift stair circulation system to encourage sociability.
